Conference and Meeting Space Info

NOTICE:  The Erma Byrd Higher Education Center charges external agencies for all use of facilities and meeting space based on a rental fee schedule.  Rental rates are competitive.  For more information on rates please contact Lisa Moten, Director, Erma Byrd Higher Education Center & Allied Health Wing at Lisa.Moten@wvhepc.edu or call 304.256.0282.

Meeting space available for public use consist of standard classrooms equipped with WiFi Access, faculty workstations, document cameras, ceiling projectors, automated projector screens, lights, and blinds.  Our largest meeting space includes a lecture hall (auditorium) which has a holding capacity of up to 129 seats.

Rental rates are very competitive and each room is equipped with WiFi access, a computer workstation, a document camera, an overhead ceiling projector, and automated lighting and blinds).

NOTE:  To pre-check availability "before" completing and submitting the required rental forms, please submit the online form below (including all contact information and event details (i.e., class name or event type, class/event start date, class/event end time, number of students/attendees in your message) and click the "Check Availability" button.
