Conference and Meeting Space Info

NOTICE:  The Erma Byrd Higher Education Center charges for all use of facilities and meeting space.  Rental rates are competitive.  For more information on rates please contact the Erma Byrd Center using the "Check Availability" form below.

Meeting space available for public use consist of standard classrooms equipped with WiFi Access, faculty workstations, document cameras, ceiling projectors, automated projector screens, lights, and blinds.  Our largest meeting space includes a lecture hall (auditorium) which has a holding capacity of up to 129 seats.

The following is a list of our rental rates for your information:

  • Rental rates are very competitive and each room is equipped with WiFi access, a computer workstation, a document camera, an overhead ceiling projector, and automated lighting and blinds).
