W.Va. Higher Education Policy Commission adopts reverse transfer policy aimed at advancing degree completion

Shepherdstown, W.Va. – The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission (Commission) today voted unanimously to approve a reverse transfer policy that facilitates degree completion.
