For planning purposes:  When: Wednesday, October 26 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.   What: A leadership academy to inform students of college options and empower them to take charge of their futures. West Virginia GEAR UP will host a leadership academy featuring a presentation from Josh Shipp, a nationally renowned youth leadership coach.
