Twenty-five high school seniors selected as West Virginia’s first Underwood-Smith Teaching Scholars
CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Twenty-five high school seniors who graduated this year have been selected as West Virginia’s first Underwood-Smith Teaching Scholars.
