Before submitting a FOIA request, please check to see whether the information that you are seeking can be accessed publicly at:

Submit a FOIA Request

Public records requests for the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission (“WVHEPC”) must be made in writing by one of the following ways to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner:

It is the policy of the Commission to provide timely responses as required by law.  The Commission reserves the right to arrange a time for a review of the requested information in lieu of providing copies of the documents.  In the event the volume of documents exceeds more than 50 pages, the Commission may charge a fee of 10 cents per page to cover the costs of the copying process.
